Composition : OHC is a microcrystalline form of calcium that also contains magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, zinc, and proteins like osteocalcin and type I collagen. Bone health : OHC can help maintain bone mineral density (BMD) and may be more effective than calcium supplements alone. It may also have an analgesic effect and help increase bone mass. Bone remodeling : OHC can stimulate bone metabolism, especially when osteoblast activity is reduced. Bone fractures : OHC may help relieve pain and increase bone mass in patients with bone fractures.
